HF3-DIN machine or alternatively manual formers package are suited to insert DIN 2353 rings on rigid pipe, before to perform flares it. Useful and necessary tools to complete operations for creating new connections on pipelines.

37° FLARING

All flaring machines are hand operated by hydraulic pump. Through these portable units it’s very easy to 37° JIC flare rigid pipes up to 1”/25mm by HF1 or up to 1.1/2”/42mm by HF3 flaring machines. For installation and repair of pipeline they represent a very effective choice to perform quick and accurate operations.

COMBINED UNITS

HF3-COMBI provide a complete support on field activities in one solution; both operation 37° JIC flaring and inserting DIN 2353 are achievable on the same machine which is built in two separate modules which could be joint together to provide best performance.
