We produce GS-Hydro branded Components in our Atessa Headquarters, Italy.
GS-Hydro is the original provider of non-welded piping systems for industries with more than 40 years of experience in the field and thousand of leak-free piping solutions installed for offshore, marine and land-based industries. The reliability and numerous advantages of GS systems can be utilized in numerous high- and low-pressure applications with media such as water, oil, air, gas and mud.GS-Hydro’s flange systems are divided into pressure classes and are available in a wide range of materials and standards. Our systems are type approved by several Classification Society and consist of three innovative flanged connections.
90° Flare Flange System
The GS-90°Flare Flange system is suitable for low pressure piping systems and return lines and cover a wide range of applications such as fuel oil, low pressure mud, portable water, air and sea water.
37° Flare Flange System
The GS-37°Flare Flange system is suitable for hydraulic, lubrication, high pressure water cleaning and high-pressure air lines, for piping with a maximum allowable working pressure of 420 bar.
Retain Ring System
The Retain Ring System is suitable for hydraulic, lubrication, hydrocarbon, high pressure air, mud cement and high-pressure water cleaning lines, for piping with a maximum allowable working pressure up to 350-420 bar. In special applications, the retain ring system can be used with working pressure sas high as 690 bar.
