Paul Childs – UK Managing Director

Paul Childs

Paul is the UK Managing Director of Interpump Fluid Solutions. He has been involved in the hydraulics industry since 1993 and has an in-depth knowledge in sales & marketing, finance and people-management. He has found these skills to be instrumental in growing the business and building a professional team to meet the needs of a demanding industry.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys cycling, fishing and country walks with his family.

David Sidebottom – Machine Product Manager

David Sidebottom

David is the Machine Product Manager for our UK business. He joined Interpump in 2005 as machine sales and service, moving to the role of machine product manager in 2013 and has been dedicated to providing customers with solutions to their crimping needs and providing on site calibration services for the UK, in with the guidelines of the BFPA and the manufacturers.

“I love the testing time and fault finding and coming up with either the repair or a solution for the customer. In my role customers always come first, which makes my job a joy to do.”

Outside of work, David enjoys messing with cars , building electronic projects and home automation, if he’s not cleaning his car or servicing his van.

Rory Wallace – Customer Support

Rory Wallace

Rory started working in the hydraulic hose & fittings business 10 years ago, working his way up from internal sales to production manager, managing a site which turned over £1 million in hose and fittings.

He joined Interpump in 2020, recruited to work on the incoming OEM accounts to develop them using our diversity of products within the Interpump group to provide full fluid power solutions.

Keith Greenleaf – UK Sales Manager

Keith Greenleaf

Keith is the UK Sales Manager having joined the company in April 2018. He has over 35 years experience within the hydraulics industry, including owning a mobile franchise, UK Franchise Manager, distribution and OEM.

Keith is responsible for providing first class product and service solutions across the vast diversity of customers and industries.

“The rewarding part of my role is listening to our customers and understanding their requirements, to then utilise our unique advantage of being able to offer the complete Hydraulic Solution.”

Outside of work Keith has followed Watford FC for over 50 years, is a fully qualified referee, every Saturday. Cricket follows in the summer.

George Allison – Sales Manager, Hydraulics

George Allison

George joined the business as an apprentice in 2013 and was promoted to the position of Applications Engineer, to focus on customer requirements where he learned how to specify products and full systems.

George loved this part of his job as he built great relationships with clients and learned more about where the products go and how they work. After 3 years, George was promoted to Sales Manager for our hydraulic components division.

During his time at Interpump George has been able to attend the National Fluid Power Centre where he has worked his way through the Mobile Hydraulics courses and is due to start the Level 3 Course in July 2022.

Andy Dickens – Operations Manager
